After making homemade Christmas Puddings and Christmas Cakes for family and friends for several years, I started to make Jams and Chutneys which were also very popular. I needed a change of direction in my career so decided to take the plunge and start my own business. We also have our very own bees and they produce a delicious honey which is extremely popular at local fairs
